This project involved the acquisition of a retired manufacturing facility and converting it into a state-of-the-art distribution center.  The scope of work included a complete build-out of a corporate office, including IT and FF&E, installation of a rack and automated warehouse management system, procurement of all lifts and material handling equipment as well as adding 22 outbound dock doors.
