Seattle Retail and Distribution Center
This was a major renovation and remodel of a retired Levitz Furniture location in a Seattle suburb. Project scope included a complete rebuild of the retail store and modernization of the distribution center. Project was fast-tracked and finished in 9 months, including all construction, tenant finish-out and FF&E.
